PWE Field Ops is a field operations platform for construction companies, operated by PWE Incorporated ("we," "us"). It is a business tool: access is invitation-only, provided through your employer or the company you work with (your "Company"). Your Company controls the account that invites you and the business records created in the app.
Account information. Name, email address, phone number, work role, and an optional profile photo — provided when your Company invites you or when you edit your profile.
Work records. Time entries (clock-in and clock-out times), daily log entries, tasks, schedules, and related records you or your Company create in the app as part of normal field operations.
Content you upload. Photos and files you attach to daily logs, receipts, chat messages, and project records. Camera and photo library access is used only when you choose to attach a photo.
Messages. Messages and reactions you post in team chat channels, visible to other members of your Company.
Approximate location.The app may use your device's approximate (IP-based) location to display local weather. This is not tracked over time and is not stored with your records.
Device information. A push notification token for your device, if you enable notifications.
We use this information solely to provide the service to you and your Company: recording time and payroll data, filing field reports, coordinating schedules and tasks, team messaging, and sending relevant notifications. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Some features (such as the Co-Worker estimating assistant and receipt scanning) send the content you submit to an AI service provider (Anthropic) for processing. Content is processed to generate the response or extraction and handled under that provider's data protection terms.
Your work records are visible to your Company's administrators and, where relevant, to teammates (for example, chat messages and daily logs). We share data with service providers who host and operate the platform on our behalf — including Supabase (database and file storage), Expo (push notifications), Vercel (web hosting), and Anthropic (AI processing) — each bound to use it only to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is controlled by authentication and row-level security policies that restrict each user to their own company's data, with role-based restrictions inside each company.
Work records are business records of your Company and are retained while your Company's account is active. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact your Company administrator or email us at vince@pweincorporated.com. Deleting your account removes your access; certain records (such as payroll history) may be retained by your Company as required for business and legal purposes.
PWE Field Ops is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 16.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
